1.Track your Steps: Connect your phone or wearable to GoVida and ensure your steps are being counted.

2.Sync your Wearable: If you’re using a wearable like Fitbit, Garmin, etc. sync it daily with its dedicated app before syncing with GoVida for seamless step tracking.

3.Sync with GoVida: Open the GoVida app each day to sync your activity data and stay updated. Check your current standing in the live leaderboards.

4.Stay in the Loop: Turning on notifications for GoVida to get latest updates for the challenge.
