Here are a few quick tips to keep you motivated and tracking well:
1️⃣ Make sure your steps are being counted
Connect your phone or wearable in the GoVida app so all your movement is tracked properly. Need help? Check out our step-tracking FAQ: Get connected.
2️⃣ Sync regularly
If you use a wearable (like Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch etc.), sync it in its own app first – then open GoVida and sync there too. This keeps your leaderboard position up to date.
3️⃣ Keep the app up to date
Open GoVida each day so your activity uploads and you can see where you are on the leaderboard and how your challenge is going.
4️⃣ Turn on notifications
Get challenge updates, reminders and motivation straight to your phone so you never miss a step.
5️⃣ Most importantly – have fun!
This challenge is about feeling good, moving together and celebrating progress. 💪✨
