Troubleshooting
My steps aren’t syncing

- Open both apps after completing activity to trigger a sync.
- Make sure you’re connected to the internet.
- Update both apps to the latest version.
My step count looks different
Different devices and apps may calculate steps using different algorithms. Apple Health may also merge data from multiple sources, so slight differences between WHOOP and Apple Health are normal.
How often does data sync?
In most cases, activity syncs automatically throughout the day. If your latest activity hasn’t appeared, opening both apps or refreshing your connected apps in GoVida usually resolves the issue.
