GoVida partnered with an organisation looking for an inclusive, flexible way to engage their global team in a format that included both physical activity and mindful practices.

The Brief

Create a wellbeing campaign that supports mental wellness, encourages creativity to boost morale, while being accessible to everyone, not just the physically active.

Our Approach

We launched the Mind and Motion Challenge, a flexible wellbeing challenge where participants earn points from a broad range of daily activities across three core areas:

  • Movement – walking, cycling, workouts, yoga, etc
  • Mindful Moments – meditation, breathing exercises, journaling, etc
  • Personal Growth – reading, learning, creative hobbies, etc

Participants could log and record their activities whether it was a morning walk, a lunchtime podcast, or an evening of drawing or reflection.

The Outcome

The campaign delivered powerful results:

  • High engagement across all personality types – from extroverted team leads to more introspective contributors
  • Positive daily habits formed around movement and mindfulness
  • Increased cross-team connection through shared reflections and creative inspiration
  • Improved mood and morale, as reported in post-campaign feedback

Participation was seen from departments that had previously been harder to engage, with users highlighting how the challenge made wellbeing feel personal and enjoyable.
