This Challenge is all about inspiring both physical ❀️ and mental wellbeing 🧠.

You can earn points for your team from a variety of activities, whether it’s going for a lunchtime walk, taking a breath with a meditation, hitting the gym, or joining an art class.

It’s all about getting active, being mindful, and having fun 🌟

Five Awesome Ways to Earn Points:

1. Daily Steps πŸ‘£

Movement is key to feeling energised throughout your day.

Link your phone πŸ“² or tracker ⌚ to GoVida and earn points by hitting the below daily targets:

  • 5,000 steps = 5 points
  • 7,000 steps = 7 points
  • 10,000 steps = 10 points
  • 13,000+ steps = 15 points

2. Get Physical πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ

Rack up points by logging your physical activities. Here’s how:

  • Using your activity tracker: Connect your tracker to GoVida and earn points automatically as you go from your cycling, swimming, running, wheelchair pushes, etc
  • Check-In at a Wellbeing venue: Whether you are going to pump some iron in the gym πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ, stretching in a yoga studio πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ or playing table tennisπŸ“ at your local leisure centre, you can earn points by checking-in to a wellbeing venue via our Check-In feature.πŸ“

Click Check-In > Check-In at Wellbeing Venue >Search for your venue and Check-In> Complete over 30 minutes or more and click Check-Out

Note: Please ensure location settings permissions are enabled while using the GoVida app, as we verify your location to confirm your presence at the venue when you check-in and check-out.

  • Self-certify your Physical Activity: You may be exercising at home and can log your activities via our Check-In feature.

Click Check-In > Check-In for Physical Activity > Choose your activity from the list > Complete over 30 minutes or more and Check-Out

How many points can I earn: Each physical activity session tracked from the above earns you 10 points, and you can earn points for tracking only 1 activity per day. 🎯

3. Engage the Mind 🧠

Earn up to 10 points per day by tracking your Mind activities! 🧩

Boost your mental fitness by engaging in activities like playing a musical instrument, being creative with art, taking some deep breaths with meditation, or playing a game, these activities can help reduce stress and enhance cognitive function contributing positively to our overall mental health πŸ’†β€β™‚οΈ

  • Self-certify your Mind Activity: Log your activities via our Check-In feature.

Click Check-In > Check-In for Mind Activity > Choose your activity from the list > Complete over 30 minutes or more and Check-Out

How many points can I earn: Each mind activity session tracked as above earns you 10 points, and you can earn points for tracking only 1 activity per day. 🎯

4. Reflect Daily! 😊

Take a moment each day to reflect on how you’re feeling. Reflecting on how you are feeling boosts self-awareness and by regularly checking in, you can identify patterns and make positive changes.

  • Mood Check-Ins: Log your mood 😊and energy levels πŸ”‹ daily to earn points

5. Wellbeing Content Consumption 🎧

Explore a library of programs in meditation, emotional intelligence, performance, exercise, and more, through GoVida+.

Click GoVida+ > Explore shows list of categories > Choose a category > Search the content > Click Play

Watch or listen to:

  • 5 minutes of content per day and earn 1 point
  • 15 minutes of content per day and earn 3 points
  • 30 minutes of content per day and earn 6 points
